Muktesh Kandpal

I believe that reflection and wisdom are the bedrock of meaningful innovation and leadership. My interests lie in technology, entrepreneurship, strategy, products, people, mental models, and philosophy—exploring the ideas that inspire us to think deeper and build better.

Professionally, I lead global AI and R&D OS functions at Acquia as the Global VP of R&D, Head of AI, and serve as the Country Head for Acquia India. Over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of SaaS, Data, AI/ML, and Martech, focusing on building scalable platforms and nurturing empowered teams that drive innovation.
